Cancellation Policy

We don’t like cancellation fees but you will understand that when you plan a course like this and book a hotel for a week they ask us for guarantees. And the only way we can protect ourselves and our students is by doing this.

So, in the event that you have to cancel your booking please inform us by email, fax or letter at the earliest possible time.

The cancellation date will be the day on which we receive your cancellation in writing and the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellations received 12 weeks or more prior to the start of the Course are liable to a 25% cancellation fee of total invoiced cost.

Cancellations received between 6 to 12 weeks prior to the start of the Course are liable to a 50% cancellation fee of total invoiced cost.

Cancellations received between 1 to 6 weeks prior to the start of the Course are liable to a 80% cancellation fee of total invoiced cost.

Cancellations received between within 1 week prior to the start of the Course are liable to a 100% cancellation fee of total invoiced cost.

The booking may be transferred to a friend or colleague at any time prior to the start of the Course without incurring any charges.
